 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 AND SEC. 103.2.1 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE FORM IS COORDINATED WITH
 ARCHITECT'S PLANS, COMPLETED COMPLETELY AND SIGNED BY
 ALL THE REQUIRED PARTIES.
  
 3- DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN FOR SECOND FLOOR WINDOWS
 LOCATED ON THE END ZONE ARE LOW. ACCORDING TO SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "D".
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS THAT REFLECT THE WIND EXPOSURE,
 THE BUILDING HEIGHT AND LOCATION OF OPENINGS (INTERIOR
 OR END LOCATION). SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES). SEC. R401.4 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- SHEET SP-1: NOTE LOCATED BELOW THE LOCATION MAP
 STATES THAT PURSUANT TO THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE THE
 LEVEL OF ALTERATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 305 AND
 ALTERATION LEVEL 3. REVISE THIS STATEMENT BECAUSE
 SECTION 305 REFERS TO FIRE ESCAPES AND THIS DOESN'T
 APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. AND, THIS IS NOT LEVEL 3
 ALTERATION. THIS IS AN ADDITION AND NEEDS TO COMPLY
 WITH CHAPTER 10. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- NEED CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS INSTALLED WITHIN 10 FEET
 OF EACH SLEEPING ROOM. SEC. R315 OF 2010 FBC-2010.
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM SHOWN ON SHEET ME-2 IS NOT
 SHOWING ALARM WITH 10 FEET OF MASTER BEDROOM. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY SELECTED APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY (NOTE THAT ARCHITECT IS SPECIFYING INSULATION
 ON THE FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY. SEE SEC. B/A-4 AND WALL
 SECTION D-4/A-5). AND, PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND
 CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7.
 THESE CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WIND EXPOSURE "D" AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R301.2.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) CONCRETE TILE.
  
 ***NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT PLANS CALL FOR
 2:12 PITCH. NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR CONCRETE TILE
 THAT IS DESIGNED FOR A 2:12 PITCH.
  
 C) CONCRETE TILE ADHESIVE AS LISTED ON CONCRETE TILE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND
 PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 E) ALL DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. INCLUDING DOORS WITH
 SIDELITES.
  
 F) ALL WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 G) SHUTTERS IF DOOR AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLASS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 H) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 8- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL THE PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 9- PROVIDE ICYNENE INSULATION MANUFACTURER SPECS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 10- THERE ARE TWO SHEETS LABELED A-4. IT LOOKS LIKE ONE
 OF THEM SHOULD BE LABELED A-2 AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWING
 LIST. CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 11- SHEET A-8: CLARIFY INFORMATION. ROOF FRAMING PLAN
 SHOWS SPECIFICATIONS FOR FOUNDATION PLAN. AND, CORRECT
 LABELING OF THE WALL SECTIONS. SECTION A/A-4 AND
 SECTION B/A-4 ON SHEET A-10 ARE CONFLICTING.
 REVISE/COORDINATE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 12- SHEET A-9:
 A) ROOF PLAN. EMERGENCY ROOF SCUPPER AND PRIMARY ROOF
 SCUPPER ARE SHOWN ON TWO DIFFERENT LOW POINT LOCATIONS.
 THIS DOESN'T COMPLY WITH SEC. R903.4 AND SEC. R903.4.1
 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. EMERGENCY SCUPPER NEEDS TO BE
 NOT LESS THAN 2" ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING. AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO THE PRIMARY
 ROOF SCUPPER. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE NOTE #2 ON THE ROOF ZONES FOR C & C. THE
 MINIMUM DIMENSION FOR "A" IS 4'-0". SEE FOOTNOTE ON
 FIGURE R301.2.(7) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
