 JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK
 COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT IF
 FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE
 OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN. SEC. R401.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES). SEC. R401.4 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOOTING MINIMUM DEPTH. SEC.
 R403.1.4 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. COORDINATE WITH ITEM
 #6 BELOW.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 UNDER-FLOOR SPACE VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R408
 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY SIZES, LOCATION AND
 ACCESS.
  
 6- UNDER-FLOOR SPACE FINISHED GRADE TO COMPLY WITH SEC.
 R408.6. PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROTECTION OF WOOD AND WOOD BASED
 PRODUCTS AGAINST DECAY AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R317 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 8- FOUNDATION FOOTPRINT AND DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN DON'T MATCH SURVEY SUBMITTED.
 REVISE/CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 OF CITY
