 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION
 ($250,000) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 ($370,000) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE WORK THAT IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN IN THE PARKING AREA. THIS PERMIT
 MAY INCLUDE THE PARKING LOT STRIPING.
  
 3) WHILE A FULL REVIEW OF THE PARKING LOT WILL BE
 PERFORMED AS PART OF THE PARKING LOT AND LANDSCAPE
 PERMITS, STAFF HAS IDENTIFIED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WHICH
 NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 A) REPEAT COMMENT: THE RECONFIGURED PARKING LOT DOES
 NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARKING SPACES ADJACENT TO THE
 BUILDING.
 B) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PARKING SPACES NEED EITHER WHEEL
 STOPS OR CURBING WITH A TWO (2) FOOT OVERHANG FOR THE
 END OF THE SPACE. NEITHER OF THESE ARE SHOWN.
 C) REPEAT COMMENT: A LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED TO
 THE REAR (SOUTH) OF THE SITE.
 D) THE WESTERN PARKING ROW MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 10
 SPACES WITHOUT AN INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE
 PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE PLANS INCLUDED INTERIOR
 ISLANDS.
 E) THE PREVIOUS PLANS CORRECTLY CALLED OUT THE SHOWROOM
 PARKING AT 1 SPACE PER 500 SQUARE FEET. THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS INCORRECTLY SHIFTED THE SHOWROOM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 TO WAREHOUSE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 F) THE DUMPSTER DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE SCREENING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SITE LIGHTING
 ANY NEW/REPLACEMENT FENCE AND GATES, THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, AWNINGS AND SIGNAGE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DIVISION THAT THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER'S
 ORIENTATION ALLOWS THE TRUCKS TO EMPTY THE DUMPSTER.
