 AND WAREHOUSE TYPE OCCUPANCY. THE DESIGNER REFERS TO
 INTERIOR DESIGN OFFICE BUT THE PLANS SHOW MORE THAN 50%
 OF THE FLOOR PLAN AS SHOW ROOMS AND A DISPLAY KITCHEN.
 THIS WOULD MAKE IT A MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY, ARE CLIENTS
 ALLOWED TO VIEW FURNATURE IN THE WAREHOUSE SUCH AS A
 COSTCO OR SAMS CLUB OR IS THIS AREA FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY.
 WHAT TYPE OF GOODS WILL BE STORED IN THE WAREHOUSE?

 NO IGNITION BARRIER. 2010 FBC-B 2603.4.1.6 REQUIRES A
 IGNITION BARRIER TO SEPERATE THE INSULATION FROM THE
 AREA ABOVE THE CEILING. A IGNITION BARRIER IS DIFFERENT
 FROM A THERMOBARRIER THAT IS REQUIRED UNDER 2603.4.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURERS TESTING, THEY DO HAVE
 A ES LEGACY REPORT NER-420.
  
 7) 2ND REQUEST SHEET A5.1 DETAIL #4 IS MISSING THE BOND
 BREAK (SLIP SHEET) AS PER REQUIREMENT 2010 FBC-B

 RESPONCE INDICATES COMPLIANCE WITH ASTM D 226, THIS
 STANDARD DOES NOT DEAL WITH THE TWO LAYERS OF WHATEVER
 MATERIAL THAT IS BEING SPECED OUT, ONE THE STUCCO GRABS
 THE FIRST LAYER OF FELT IN THIS CASE IT WILL NOT MOVE,
 THE REQUIRED SECOND LAYER IS THE BOND BREAK THAT ALLOWS
 FOR MOVEMENT OF THE UNDER LAYER THE BOND BREAK, NEW TO
 THE 2007 FBC.

 9)2ND REQUEST, PLEASE STAMP THE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 A SHOP DRAWING TYPE STAMP THAT THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 HAS REVIEWED THE APPROVAL AND FOUND THEM MEETING THE
 WIND AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES.
 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 APPEARS A NEW SKYLIGHT IS TO BE INSTALLED ALSO IN THE
 ENERGY CALCS BUT NO INFORMATION AS TO PRODUCT APPROVALS
 OR ROOF PRESSURES FOR THIS SKYLIGHT WERE PROVIDED OR
 ROOF FRAMING DETAILS.
  
 12) 2ND REQUEST , THE MECHANICAL SHEET M2.1 DETAIL # 1
 INDICATES THAT THE ROOF A/C STANDS ARE EXISTING, SHEET
 A1.1 INDICATES NEW A/C ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT NEXT TO THE
 NEW SKYLIGHT. IF THE COMPRESSORS ARE GOINGTO BE
 INSTALLED ON THE ROOF TOP AND PRE-ENGINEERED A/C STANDS
 ARE GOING TO BE INSTALLED RULE 9N-3 REQUIRES PRODUCT
 APPROVALS TO BE SUBMITTED. IF ROOF TOP PACKAGE UNITS
 ARE TO BE INSTALLED THEN STRUCTURAL PLANS WILL NEED
 DETAILS ON THE OPENING SIZES, REINFORCEMENT AND HOW THE
 ROOF TOP CURBS WILL BE FASTENED TO THE ROOF FRAMING. WE
 WILL ALSO NEED HOW THE ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT WILL BE
 FASTENED TO THE CURB. 1609.8.
  
 13) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
