 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($250,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($370,000) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2) THE SITE CURRENTLY EXCEEDS THE IMPERVIOUS AREA;
 THEREFORE, NO INCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS AREA IS PERMITTED
 AS SHOWN ON THE AREA CALCULATIONS CHART.
  
 3) THE SITE IS CURRENTLY DEFICIENT IN LANDSCAPE AREA.
 PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE ADDITION OF IMPERVIOUS AREA WILL
 RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN LANDSCAPE AREA. THESE 2 ARE
 OPPOSING CONDITIONS.
  
 4) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE WORK THAT IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN IN THE PARKING AREA. THIS PERMIT
 MAY INCLUDE THE PARKING LOT STRIPING.
  
 5) WHILE A FULL REVIEW OF THE PARKING LOT WILL BE
 PERFORMED AS PART OF THE PARKING LOT AND LANDSCAPE
 PERMITS, STAFF HAS IDENTIFIED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WHICH
 NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 A) THE RECONFIGURED PARKING LOT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 PARKING SPACES ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING.
 B) PARKING SPACES 2, 3 AND 20 DO NOT FUNCTION WITH THE
 GATE ARM SWING BLOCKING THEM. FOR THESE SPACES TO BE
 COUNTED, THE GATES NEED TO BE SIDE ROLLING GATES NOT
 SWING GATES.
 C) IF WHEEL STOPS ARE USED, CURBING DOES NOT NEED TO BE
 INSTALLED AT THE HEAD OF THE SPACE. ALTERNATIVELY,
 CURBING MAY BE USED IN PLACE OF THE WHEEL STOPS, WITH A
 TWO (2) FOOT OVERHANG FOR THE END OF THE SPACE WHICH
 COULD BE USED TO INCREASE THE PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE AREA
 ON SITE.
 D) A LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED TO THE READ OF THE
 SITE.
 E) WHERE IS THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE?
 F) THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ADJACENT TO SPACE NUMBER 20
 SHALL BE FIVE (5) FEET WIDE, EXCLUSIVE OF CURBING.
 G) NO DIMENSIONS WERE SHOWN ON THE PLANS FOR THE
 PARKING AND LANDSCAPE AREAS.
 H) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WPB ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMNET
 REGULATIONS REQUIRE OFFICE SPACE PARKING AT 1 PER 350
 AND WAREHOUSING AT 1 PER 1,000. NOTE: THE NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED SPACES SHOULD BE THE SAME AFTER RECALCULATING.
  
 6) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE SURVEY SHOWS THE AUXILIARY
 STRUCTURE AS UNATTACHED, YET THE EXISTING SITE PLAN
 SHOWS IT AS ATTACHED.
  
 7) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SITE LIGHTING.
