 RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-482, THE MAXIMUM WIDTH
 FOR A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY IS 10 FEET IN WIDTH. THERE ARE
 NO DIMENSIONS ON THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY.
 2. THE APPLICANT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST CONTAIN SITE
 DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDR. ALSO, A CALCULATION FOR THE FRONT AREA NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED BETWEEN THE FIRST 25 FEET OF LOT DEPTH FROM
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE MULTIPLIED BY THE TOTAL WIDTH
 OF THE PROPERTY. IF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE EXCEEDS 1,000
 SQ. FT. THE APPLICANT WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE
 MINIMUM 1,000 SQ. FT LANDSCAPE AREA. SHOW CALCULATION
 OF LANDSCAPE AREA SQUARE FOOTAGE ON LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 3. THE PROPOSED POOL REQUIRES A SEPERATE PERMIT.
