 APPLICATION CAN BE MADE BY ANY INDIVIDUAL (DOES NOT
 NEED TO BE A CONTRACTOR AS NO WORK IS AUTHORIZED) USING
 THE SAME PERMIT APPLICATION AND SUBMITTED AT
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
  
 3. PLEASE ADVISE, IS THERE A SECONDARY ADDESS FOR THE
 REAR BUILDING? IT APPEARS THAT THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE
 REAR BUILDING IS ON MERCER; WHERE IS THE FRONT DOOR?
  
 4. PLAN TO SHOW ALL WORK TO BE DONE (NOT ON THE
 APPLICATION AND TYPED SHEET). ALL WORK PROPOSED TO BE
 INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAN.
  
 5. APPLICATION STATES THAT FOUR UNITS WILL BE TURNED
 INTO TWO UNITS. EACH BUILDING REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 PERMIT. PLANS NOT PROVIDED FOR REAR BUILDING. PROVIDE
 AN APPLICATION AND PLANS FOR EACH BUILDING.
