 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 3. MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED
 (SEE TABLE 503).
 7. OCCUPANCY LOAD/EGRESS REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
 OCCUPANCY LOAD / MEANS OF EGRESS TRAVEL DISTANCE
 8. STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE: WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA, FOUNDATION PLANS INDICATE THE CUTTING OF SLAB
 FOR NEW CONCRETE PADS FOR
 FOUR POST CAR LIFT, NO DESIGN CRITERIA FOR FOUNDATION
 NOR REINFORCEMENT NOR ANCHORAGE OF 4 POST CAR LIFT.
  
 2) PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE IF THIS IS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR TO WHAT LEVEL THE DESIGNER HAS DESSIGNED
 UNDER THE 2010 FBC- EXISTING BUILDING. CHAPTER 4 OF THE
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 3) PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 406.6 FOR REPAIR GARAGES .
 REPAIR GARAGES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE AND SECTIONS 406.6.1
 THROUGH 406.6.6. THIS OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT INCLUDE MOTOR
 FUEL-DISPENSING FACILITIES, AS REGULATED IN SECTION
 406.5.
  
 4) REPAIR GARAGES ARE CLASSIFIED AS A S1 OCCUPANCY
 PLEASE REVIEW 2010 FBC-B TABLE 508.4 DEPENDING ON THE
 OCCUPANCIES ON EITHER OR BOTH SIDES A ONE HOUR OR TWO
 HOUR OCCUPANCY SEPERATION MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 5) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THE A/C IS NEW OR IF
 EXISTING, IF NEW PLEASE PROVIDE INSULATION NOT
 INDICATED IN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. 2010 ENERGY
