 2ND REVIEW - AS DISCUSSED, TWO DIFFERENT PLANS WERE
 SUBMITTED ON FIRST REVIEW. ONE PLAN WAS AN ILLEGIBLE
 SURVEY. THE OTHER PLAN IS LEGIBLE BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE
 ALL INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THIS JOB SUCH AS LOCATION
 OF ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND ACCESSIBLE ROUTE.
  
 ALTHOUGH I ADVISED CONTRACTOR THAT I HAD AN OBJECTION
 TO STAMPING A NON COMPLIANT PLAN, SAME PLANS WERE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 THE LETTER FROM CONTRACTOR STATES THAT THERE ARE 223
 STANDARD SPACES AND 7 ACCESSIBLE SPACES. THIS APPEARS
 TO BE THE NUMBER IN THE AREA TO BE REPAIRED. A TOTAL
 FOR THE LOT IS REQUIRED, AS WELL AS LOCATION OF ALL
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES, IN A LEGIBLE FORMAT. ALTHOUGH YOU
 ARE NOT WORKING IN THE REMAINDER OF THE LOT, IF THE
 SEVEN SPACES PLUS ADDITIONAL SPACES ON THE LOT NOT
 INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACTOR'S COUNT DO NOT COMPLY WITH
 THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE LOT OVERALL, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES WILL BE REQUIRED.

 IS TO PROVIDE THEIR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE
 PLAN, FBC 109.
