 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"),
 THE PROPOSED RENOVATION ($70,000) EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF
 THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S ASSESSED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE ($102, 084) THEREFORE THE APPLICANT MUST
 SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN TO THE CITY WHICH DEMONSTRATES
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 94-442 WHICH STATES THE FOLLOWING:
  
 94-442 (B) (2) A. SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE,
 FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF.
