 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) SOME PLAN SHEETS HAVE MULTIPLE VERSIONS OF THE SAME
 AREA SHOWN, BUT THE LOCATIONS OF SOME OF THE DEPICTED
 ITEMS DIFFER - THIS APPEARS TO BE A NOMENCLATURE ISSUE.
 CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO SOME PLANS BUT NOT OTHERS.
 DESCRIPTIVE TAG LINES ON THE CIVIL PLAN POINT TO
 INCORRECT AREAS. PLEASE PROOF ALL SHEETS BEFORE THE
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT, THE POLICE
 DEPARTMENT CRIME PREVENTION OFFICER SHALL HAVE APPROVED
 THE ATM LOCATIONS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: NONE OF THE SIDEWALKS IN FRONT OF
 SERVICE COURTS ARE SHOWN AS A PAVERED MATERIAL AS
 REQUIRED BY THE APPROVED SITE PLANS. THIS IS WITHIN THE
 LIMITS OF WORK.
  
 4) PARTIAL REPEAT COMMENT: THE BICYCLE RACKS SHOWN BY
 THE WPB POLICE OFFICE ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
 ON DIFFERENT PLANS. THE INTENT SEEMS TO BE TO PUT THEM
 BY POLICE DEPARTMENT OFFICE, BUT EX. SHEET
 0214.1-A204.1 BUILDING J5 FLOOR PLAN STILL SHOWS IT IN
 ENTRY CORRIDOR. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE THE DETAILS ON SERVICE COURT
 METAL DOORS. THE RESPONSE SAID THESE WERE PROVIDED, BUT
 UNABLE TO LOCATE.
  
 6) THE RELOCATED TRANSFORMER ADJACENT TO BUILDING J1 IS
 WITHIN VIEW IN THE SERVICE COURT OPENING. THE
 TRANSFORMER SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN GUIDELINES. THE DETAILS REFERENCED ON THE PLANS
 INDICATE THAT ONLY BOLLARDS SURROUND THE TRANSFORMER.
 AN OPAQUE BARRIER IS REQUIRED. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE
 OPAQUE BARRIER ON THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS
 TRANSFORMER IS SHOWN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON
 DIFFERENT PLANS.
  
 7) PARTIAL REPEAT COMMENT: THE FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE
 AREAS ACROSS FROM THE SERVICE COURT ENTRANCE FOR
 BUILDING J6 (SOUTH SIDE OF OPENING) AND BUILDING J7
 (EAST SIDE OF OPENING) ARE NOT FIVE (5) FEET PAST THE
 OPENING AS REQUIRED BY THE DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 8) THE MECHANICAL PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE AC EQUIPMENT IN
 THE SAME LOCATION AND/OR SIZE AS THE ROOF PLANS
 (BUILDING J3, J4 [MAY BE OLD LAYER], AND J7 [IT APPEARS
 THAT THERE IS AT LEAST ONE AC UNIT MISSING ON THE ROOF
 PLAN FOR BUILDING J7 - SHEET 0226-A226]). ALL PLANS
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT.
  
 9) THE SIGHT LINE STUDY DOES NOT ACCURATELY MEASURE THE
 WORST CASE SCENARIOS FOR EACH BUILDING OR HAVE OTHER
 ERRORS TO CORRECT AS LISTED BELOW (BUILDINGS/EXAMPLES
 NOT LISTED ARE CORRECT AND SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED):
  
 A. BUILDING J1: THE SITE LINE STUDY CALLS OUT A.1 AND
 A.2 ON THE PLANS YET ONLY SHOWS AN A EXAMPLE. THE
 EXAMPLE (ASSUMED TO BE A.2) NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED AS IT
 DOES NOT CALL OUT THE SIZE OF THE RTU (12.5 TONS),
 SHOWS THE 12.5 TON RTU NOT AT THE 54 INCHES HEIGHT, AND
 SHOWS THE UNIT IS BACK FARTHER FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 ROOF THEN IT IS SHOWN ON THE ROOF AND MECHANICAL PLANS.
 WHILE NO EXAMPLE WAS GIVEN FOR A.1, THE RTU ON THE
 MIDDLE AND NORTH PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING ARE THE 10
 TON UNITS AND ARE SET BACK FURTHER FROM THE PARAPET
 WALL.
  
 B. BUILDING J2: EXAMPLE D INCORRECTLY STATES THAT IT IS
 FROM THE EAST (WESTERN VIEW). THE RTU DOES NOT SHOW A
 SIZE, BUT IN THE WORST CASE IT IS A 12.5 TON RTU (ONE
 SHOWN ON ROOF). THE HEIGHT OF THE RTU THAT IS SHOWN IS
 ONLY AS TALL AS A 10 RTU.
  
 C. BUILDING J3: EXAMPLE E PICTURES AN RTU WITH NO SIZE,
 BUT IN THE WORST CASE IT IS A 12.5 TON RTU (ONE SHOWN
 ON ROOF, YET NOT IN LINE WITH THE E SIGHT LINE). THE
 HEIGHT OF THE RTU THAT IS SHOWN IS ONLY AS TALL AS A 6
 RTU. EXAMPLE F IS NOT NECESSARY AS THE WORST CASE CAN
 BE COVERED BY A REVISED E.
  
 D. BUILDING J6: THE MECHANICAL PLAN SPECIFIES 12.5 TON
 RTU, WHILE THE SIGHT LINE STUDY SHOWS 7.5 AND 8.5 RTU
 AND A NON-LABELED RTU. THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE LARGEST
 UNIT THAT IS IN THE SIGHT LINE. EXAMPLE L SHOWS THE RTU
 SETBACK 15 FEET FROM THE PARAPET, WHILE THE MECHANICAL
 DRAWINGS SHOW A 10 FOOT SETBACK. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 PARAPET IS ONLY 23 FEET TALL. EXAMPLE M IS A 12.5 TON
 RTU AND SHALL BE LABELED AS SUCH.
  
 E. BUILDING J7: EXAMPLE N SHALL ALSO BE RUN TO SHOW ONE
 OF THE 12.5 BTU THAT IS BEHIND THE 23 FOOT PARAPET.
 EXAMPLE O INCORRECTLY USES A 6 TON RTU WHEN THE
 MECHANICAL PLAN SHOWS A 10 TON RTU, WHICH IS LARGER.
  
 F. BUILDING J8: EXAMPLE P SHOWS THE UNIT TOO FAR BACK
 FROM THE PARAPET. THERE ARE UNITS AS CLOSE AS 23 FEET
 FROM A 23 FOOT HIGH PARAPET IN THE EXAMPLE P AREA,
 WORST CASE SHALL BE SHOWN. EXAMPLE P SHALL ALSO BE
 EXPANDED TO SHOW THE 12.5 FOOT RTU SITUATION THAT
 EXISTS. EXAMPLE Q SHOWS THE RTU AT 52 FEET FROM THE
 PARAPET WHILE THE ROOF PLANS SHOW THE UNIT ONLY 47 FEET
 FROM THE PARAPET.
  
 10) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY, A REVISED FORMAL SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO AND BE APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION.
 THE REVISED PLAN SHALL CORRECT ALL THE DISCREPANCIES
 BETWEEN THE CURRENTLY APPROVED FORMAL SITE PLAN AND THE
 APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT PLANS. STAFF HAS IDENTIFIED
 THE FOLLOWING DISCREPANCIES (THE REVISED PLANS SHALL
 ADDRESS ALL DISCREPANCIES, EVEN IF NOT LISTED BY STAFF
 BELOW) WHICH ARE NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THE DESIGN
 GUIDELINES:
  
 A. HEIGHTS OF PARAPETS AND TOWERS AND MISCELLANEOUS
 FACADE ELEMENTS.
  
 B. SCREEN WALLS FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ADJACENT TO
 SERVICE COURTS - SHORTER THAN APPROVED. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT PER THE DESIGN GUIDELINES, THE EQUIPMENT SHALL
 STILL BE SCREENED IF A LOWER HEIGHT IS PROVIDED.
  
 C. BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGES PLANS AND THE TABLE.
 MAXIMUM APPROVED HAS NOT BEEN EXCEEDED.
  
 D. THE CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA. PLEASE NOTE THE REMOVAL OF
 THE MEDJOOL PALM TREE REQUIRES THAT A REVISED, CODE
 COMPLIANT LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 E. NEW AND RELOCATED DOORWAYS, WALKWAYS, WALL OPENINGS
 AND FOUNDATION PLANTINGS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CHANGES
 TO THE LANDSCAPE REQUIRE THAT A REVISED, CODE COMPLIANT
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 DIVISION.
  
 F. NEW AND RELOCATED TRANSFORMER (SEE COMMENT NO. 6 AND
 COMPACTORS.
  
 G. SMART CART AND ATM LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED.
  
 11) PER THE FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL, THE PALM TRAN
 FACILITY SHALL BE COMPLETED AND AVAILABLE FOR OPERATION
 BY PALM TRAN AND THE PARK AND RIDE SIGNS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 12) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:

 C. PARKING LOT STRIPING
