 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL ISSUED FOR THE OUTLET
 BUILDINGS INCLUDED A CONDITION THAT, "THERE SHALL BE NO
 DOORS ON THE SOUTHERN FACADES OF THE OUTLET CENTER
 BUILDINGS (BUILDINGS J-7 AND J-8) OPPOSITE THE OPENINGS
 TO THE SERVICE BAYS." BLDGS J-7 AND J-8 HAVE DOORWAYS
 ACROSS FROM THE SERVICE BAY OPENING, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 2) THE FOLLOWING HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS DISCREPANCIES
 BETWEEN THE APPROVED FORMAL SITE PLAN AND THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING PERMIT PLANS. WHILE STAFF RECOGNIZES THAT SOME
 CHANGES ARE INEVITABLE BETWEEN SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND
 BUILDING PERMIT PLANS, STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT ALL OF
 THE PROPOSED CHANGES.
  
 A. THE EXTERIOR PARAPET HEIGHTS ON THE PROPOSED PLANS
 DO NOT MATCH THE EXTERIOR PARAPET HEIGHTS ON THE
 APPROVED FORMAL SITE PLAN. VARIOUS BUILDINGS HAVE
 LOWER, HIGHER OR BOTH CONDITIONS. IT IS NOT CONSISTENT
 TO ONE TYPE OF PARAPET, BUT RATHER THE HEIGHT
 DIFFERENCES APPLY TO EACH TYPE OF PARAPET. STAFF IS
 CONCERNED THAT THE LOWER PARAPETS NO LONGER PROVIDE
 ACCURATE SCREENING OF THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
 SEE COMMENT #3 BELOW.
  
 B. NONE OF THE SIDEWALKS IN FRONT OF SERVICE COURTS ARE
 SHOWN AS A PAVERED MATERIAL AS REQUIRED BY THE APPROVED
 SITE PLANS.
  
 C. THE SERVICE COURT SCREEN WALLS ARE TWO (2) INCHES
 SHORTER THAN APPROVED.
  
 D. SOME OF THE PROPOSED SERVICE BAY OPENINGS ARE
 GREATER THAN THE APPROVED OPENING WIDTH, WHICH RESULTS
 IN THE REQUIRED SERVICE AREA LANDSCAPE NOT EXTENDING
 FIVE (5) FEET PAST THE END OF THE WALL OPENING.
  
 E. THE BICYCLE RACKS SHOWN BY THE WPB POLICE OFFICE ARE
 SHOWN IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. IF IT THE BICYCLE RACKS
 ARE TO BE LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE OFFICE, THEN THE
 WALKWAY DIMENSION, MEETING ADA WIDTH MINIMUM, SHALL BE
 SHOWN FROM THE END OF A PARKED BICYCLE (IE NOT THE
 RACK).
  
 F. THE VALET PICK-UP AREA IS DIFFERENT.
  
 G. PARKING LOT AREAS ARE DIFFERENT.
  
 H. A CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PLAN,
 WHICH REMOVES A MEDJOOL PALM TREE. WHERE IS THIS TREE
 BEING INSTALLED? A CODE COMPLIANT REVISED LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 I. NEW AND RELOCATED DOORWAYS AND WALKWAYS HAVE ARE
 INCLUDED WITH BLDG J-3, J-5, J-6 AND J-8. THESE CHANGES
 IMPACT THE APPROVED FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE FOR THE OUTLET
 BUILDINGS AND SINCE LANDSCAPE IS BEING REMOVED, THE
 OVERALL SITE LANDSCAPE PERCENTAGE, WHICH WAS BARELY IN
 EXCESS OF THE REQUIRED 15% MINIMUM, MAY AFFECT THE
 REMAINDER OF THE SITE'S DEVELOPMENT. A CODE COMPLIANT
 REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 J. FACADE ELEMENTS HAVE CHANGED ON SOME OF THE
 BUILDINGS.
  
 3) THE SECTION DRAWINGS SHOW SOME OF THE ROOF TOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT EXTENDING OVER THE HEIGHT OF THE
 PARAPET WALLS. PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT ALL THE
 ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 4) WHY IS THE BUS PARKING BAY BY BLDG J-2 BEING SHOW AS
 EXTENDING INTO THE PEDESTRIAN CROSS WALK?
  
 5) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE "SMART CART" AND HOW THIS AREA
 WILL LOOK & FUNCTION.
  
 6) THE PLANTER AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLDG. J-5
 APPEARS TO BE BRICKED OVER ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 7) THERE ARE NEW DOORS IN THE SERVICE BAY WALLS.
 PROVIDE THE DETAILS ON SERVICE COURT METAL DOORS.
  
 8) PLEASE DESCRIBE THE KNOCKOUT PANELS SHOWN ON BLDG
 J-5.
  
 9) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
 A. SIGNAGE
 B. AWNINGS
 C. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 D. SHADE STRUCTURES
