 1. REGARDING THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR SHUTTERS,,
 SUBSTRATE IS STATED AS CONCRETE BLOCK, CANNOT USE WALL
 MOUNT 1 ON A BLOCK SUBSTRATE. PROPOSED EDGE DISTANCE IS
 1", SEE SHEET 16, A DISTANCE LESS THAN 3" REQUIRES A
 .50 FACTOR BUT 1" IS NOT ALLOWED (1.5" ONLY FOR
 CRETE-FLEX).
  
 5TH REVIEW:
  
 1" EDGE DISTANCE PROPOSED. SEE SHEET 5, CANNOT HAVE A
 1" EDGE DISTANCE.
  
 FOR A 1 1/2" EDGE DISTANCE (WHICH IS MARKED ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL), A .35 FACTOR IS REQUIRED. SEE CHART
 WHERE CONTRACTOR HAS MARKED ARROWS, THERE IS AN "NA"
 FOR MASONRY FOR CONNECTION TYPE 3 (TOP). THIS MEANS
 THAT CONCRETE SUBSTRATE IS REQUIRED FOR A 3(TOP)
 CONNECTION. SEE OPENING 1.
  
 THE FACTOR OF .35 IS TO BE APPLIED TO ANCHOR SPACING IF
 THE EDGE DISTANCE IS 1 1/2" (1" NOT ALLOWED AS THIS
 WILL CAUSE THE CONCRETE TO FAIL). SO, IF THE ANCHOR
 SPACING IN THE CHART IS 12", THE .35 FACTOR WOULD
 RESULT IN SPACING OF 4.2", WHICH DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM (6") FOR THIS FASTENER, SEE CHART ON SHEET 7.
 THIS MEANS THAT ANCHOR SPACING CANNOT BE CLOSER THAN
 SPECIFIED IN THE CHART PER MANUFACTURER AND PRODUCT
 APPROVAL ENGINEER.
  
 SPANS NOT CLEAR. THIS SHOULD BE THE DISTANCE FROM
 ANCHOR TO ANCHOR. SEE OPENING 1, OPENING SIZE IS GIVEN
 AS 6' X 4'8", VERTICAL INSTALLATION, WITH A SPAN OF
 6'2. THIS IS THE SPAN FOR A HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION.
  
  
 2. PLANS WERE REMOVED BY TWO DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS
 (DWIGHT AND AMI). THE PRODUCT APPROVALS, REVIEWED AND
 STAMPED BY HISTORIC, WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE
 WERE NOT RETURNED. PLEASE SUBMIT.
  
 5TH REVIEW, A DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED.
 THE FLORIDA STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER SHEET WAS NOT
 PROVIDED, PLEASE PROVIDE, WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG,
 FAC9N-3. AS THE PRODUCT APPROVALS PREVIOUSLY STAMPED BY
 HISTORIC WERE NOT PROVIDED, THE LATEST APPROVALS WILL
 BE ROUTED TO HISTORIC FOR REVIEW.
  
 3. OK - FYI, NO DELAYS CAUSED BY INCORRECT NAME. THIS
 INFORMATION WAS ADVISORY ONLY TO PREVENT FUTURE
 MISFILINGS AND DELAYS.
