 THIS REVIEW FOR THE FOUNDATION ONLY.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE BUILDING FOOTPRINTS, TO INCLUDE THE SERVICE
 COURT LOCATIONS, DO NOT MATCH WHAT IS UNDER REVIEW FOR
 THE FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL. BOTH SETS OF PLANS SHALL
 MATCH.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED OUTLET BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE EXCEEDS
 WHAT IS UNDER REVIEW FOR THE FORMAL SITE PLAN AND
 ASSOCIATED MINOR AMENDMENT BY APPROXIMATELY 4,700
 SQUARE FEET.
  
 3) THE VALET CANOPY IS NOT INCLUDED ON THE FORMAL SITE
 PLAN. IT MAY NOT BE INCLUDED, EVEN FOR THE FOOTERS,
 UNTIL IT IS APPROVED AS PART OF THE FORMAL SITE PLAN OR
 A SUBSEQUENT MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 4) THE CONCOURSES SEEM TO HAVE LESS PLANTER AREAS THAN
 ARE ON THE PLANS UNDER REVIEW FOR THE FORMAL SITE PLAN.
 PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THAT THE INTERIOR TREES AND THE
 LANDSCAPE ARES ARE REQUIRED TO MEET SITE MINIMUMS.
  
 5) WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE CITY'S CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER, KELLY CARSILLO, IS REQUIRED FOR THE LOCATION
 OF THE POLICE OFFICE.
  
 6) NO SET BACK DIMENSIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE OUTLET CENTER BUILDINGS SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE FOUNDATION IS BEING
 CONSTRUCTED IN THE CORRECT LOCATION AS SHOWN ON THE
 FORMAL SITE PLAN.
