 NOTICE: 105.13 PHASED PERMIT APPROVAL. AFTER SUBMITTAL
 OF THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE HOLDER OF SUCH PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION
 OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED
 AT THE HOLDER?S OWN RISK WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION
 AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED. CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS
 PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ALL
 OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MUST
 BE SECURED PRIOR TO THIS PROVISION BEING APPLIED.
  
 1) SHEET A-101 PROJECT INFORMATION INDICATES THIS OPEN
 MALL BUILDING COMPRISED OF MULTIPLE BUILDING ON A SITE
 PER FBC 402. PLEASE PROVIDE A CODE SECTION IN THE 2010
 FBC-B 402 THAT ALLOWS FOR UNLIMITED AREA FOR OPEN MALL
 BUILDINGS? IN SECTION 402.2 THE DEFINITION OF OPEN MALL
 BUILDINGS IS LOCATED. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION
 507.3.1.UNLIMITED AREA BUILDINGS / MIXED USE BUILDINGS
 WITH A1 AND A2 OCCUPANCIES.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS IS FOR THE
 FOUNDATION OF BUILDINGS J-1 THROUGH J-10. THE PLANS ARE
 NOT CLEAR IF THIS PHASE IS TO ALSO INCORPORATE THE 24
 INCH AUGER CAST PILE FOR THE AWNINGS? ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED 107.2.1.3. BOTH THE STRUCTURAL
 CALCULATIONS AND SOILS REPORT INDICATE THE USE OF 24
 INCH DIAMETER AUGER CAST PILING BUT NO STEEL
 REINFORCING IS INDICATED IN THE FOUNDATION SCHEDULE NOR
 IS THERE A SOILS ENGINEER INDICATED TO SUPERVISE THE
 INSTALATION OF THE AUGER CAST PILE.
  
 3) THE LOCATION OF AWNINGS AND AUGER CAST PILE ARE NOT
 CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE PLANS, WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE
 AWNINGS ALSO HAS THE ABBREVATIONS RMU, THIS ABBREVATION
 IS NOT FOUND IN THE ABBREVATIONS ON THE COVER SHEET,
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THESE BUILDINGS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED AS THRESHOLD
 BUILDINGS SINCE SOME OF THESE BUILDINGS MAY MEET
 THRESHOLD REQUIREMENTS IN AREA AND IF ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY. A SOFT HOLD WILL BE PUT ON THIS PERMIT THAT
 WILL ALLOW THE REVIEWS TO CONTINUE BUT NOT ALLOW IT TO
 BE ISSUED UNTIL THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.

 APPLICABLE FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY THE

 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST
 MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
