 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION SEC. 94-441 OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), THE PROPOSED
 RENOVATION ($40,000) EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 (2011 PAPA =$53,202) OF THE STRUCTURE THEREFORE THE
 APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN TO THE CITY
 WHICH DEMONSTRATES COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 94-442 WHICH
 STATES THE FOLLOWING:
  
 94-442 (B) (2) A. SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE,
 FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF.
  
 A LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH
 TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INDICATE ALL
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES/SHRUBS/GROUNDCOVER/ETC AND
 A TABULATION TABLE INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV.
  
 IF THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING CURRENTLY CONFORMS TO THE
 MINIMUM STANDARDS OF ARTICLE XIV AND NO ADDITIONAL WORK
 IS NEEDED, SIMPLY PROVIDE A PLAN INDICATING ALL OF THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPING, ALONG WITH A TABULATION TABLE,
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH.
