 1- THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED ON FLOOD ZONE A5. TABLE
 R301.2(1) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 94-546 OF
 CITY CODE REQUIRES NEW CONSTRUCTION OR SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATED 6
 INCHES ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS IS 7'-0". THEREFORE THE MIN. FINISH FLOOR
 ELEVATION IS 7'-6". PLEASE PROVIDE SURVEY SHOWING THE
 EXISTING FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE.
 OTHERWISE, HOUSE MAY NEED TO BE RAISED TO COMPLY.
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED ALSO.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW BASED ON THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL PROFESSIONAL FEES AND
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACT. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 FOR THE NEW WINDOWS. NOTE:
 ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED
 ON EXPOSURE "D". CONSIDER THIS WHEN CALCULATING THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
