 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED. AND, CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED. PROVIDE THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED
 BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED.
 NEED CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 ***NOTE: IF GENERAL LIMITATION #7 REQUIRES SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS, THEN, NEED TO PROVIDE
 SIGNED AND SEALED CALCULATIONS.
  
 B) ALL USP STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED BY THE
 ARCHITECT ON THE PLANS/DETAILS AND SECTIONS.
  
 2- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 4- ARCHITECT'S PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 MATCH AND BE COORDINATED. ENERGY CALCULATIONS CALL FOR
 VENTED UNDER ATTIC, WHILE ARCHITECT'S PLANS DON'T SHOW
 ANY VENTILATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- ARCHITECT TO CLARIFY IF DESIGNING UNVENTED ATTIC.

 RECESSED R-30 INSULATION ON 2X12 ROOF RAFTERS. CLARIFY
 IF ROOF IS BEING DESIGNED AS UNVENTED. SEE ITEM #5
 ABOVE. ALSO, CLARIFY HOW MUCH IS THE INSULATION
 RECESSED. R-30 BUTT INSULATION IS ABOUT 9 1/2" THICK.
 IF THE THICKNESS IS REDUCED THEN THE R-VALUE NEEDS TO
 BE BE REDUCED ACCORDINGLY. AND, IT MAY NOT COMPLY WITH
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. COORDINATE WITH ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
