 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($420,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($184,932) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL VERIFY THAT THE SITE
 CONFORMS TO THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPE PERCENTAGE AFTER THE
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AND ANY OTHER HARDSCAPE IS
 ADDED TO THE SITE.
  
 3) THE EXISTING SITE HAS 16 PARKING SPACES THAT THE
 CITY CAN RECOGNIZE AS MEETING CITY STANDARDS. THE
 EXISTING BUILDING REQUIRES 19 PARKING SPACES, SO THE
 SITE IS GRANDFATHERED TO ONLY REQUIRE 16 PARKING
 SPACES. THE ADDITION OF 140 SQUARE FEET OF MEDICAL
 OFFICE USE REQUIRES THE PROVISION OF ONE ADDITIONAL
 PARKING SPACE. PLEASE SHOW WHERE THIS ADDITIONAL
 PARKING SPACE WILL BE PROVIDED. NOTE THAT RESURFACING,
 SEALCOATING OR STRIPING THE PARKING ALL REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 4) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE LOCATION OF THE 4 NEW CONDENSING
 UNITS. THE SHEET SP-1 DOES NOT SHOW ANY, YET IT APPEARS
 ON SHEETS A-1 AND M-1 THAT THEY WILL BE LOCATED ALONG
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE WEST OF THE BUILDING WITHING
 THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND SETBACK. THE
 CONDENSING UNITS WILL NEED TO BE SCREENED.
  
 5) WHY IS THERE SO LITTLE FENESTRATION BEING PROPOSED
 ON ANY OF THE FACADES? THERE SEEMS TO BE OPPORTUNITY TO
 INTRODUCE NATURAL LIGHT TO MORE OF THE BUILDING
 (RELATIONSHIP TO FLOOR PLAN).
  
 6) HOW IS TRASH COLLECTION BEING HANDLED? NO DUMPSTER
 OR ENCLOSURE FOR CAN PICK UP (IF APPROVED BY THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT) IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 7) A UNITY OF TITLE IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPERTY.
 PLEASE CONTACT VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, AT (561)
 494-1096 FOR INFORMATION.
  
 8) PLEASE CONSIDER REPLACING THE CHAIN LINK FENCE
 AROUND THE PROPERTY LINE AS IT PRESENTS A RUSTY
 APPEARANCE.
  
 9) THE SIGNAGE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
