 COMMENTS.
 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF. AND: CLEARLY IDENTIFY APPROVED ASSEMBLY
 TO BE INSTALLED. PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. IF GENERAL LIMITATION REQUIRES THOSE
 CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN, PROVIDE
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.
  
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 D) ENTRY DOOR WITH SIDELITES AND TRANSOM ABOVE AS SHOWN
 ON PLANS.
  
 E) 2'-8" X 7'-0" SINGLE CASEMENT WINDOW AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS. PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED DOESN'T INCLUDE THIS
 WINDOW SIZE.
  
 F) DOUBLE FRENCH DOORS WITH SIDELITES AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS.
  
 G) SINGLE AND DOUBLE FRENCH DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 NOA 08-0821.09 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE.
 VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
 RESUBMIT.
  
 H) GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT ON SHEET A-3.
  
 3- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF SOIL TEST REPORT. ONLY ONE COPY
 WAS SUBMITTED. SEC. 107.3.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- VERIFY/CLARIFY IF ATTIC ACCESS SHOWN ON "SAM'S
 CLOSET" AND ON "HIS CLOSET" COMPLY WITH THE HEADROOM
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R807.
  
 6- SHEET A-4:
 A) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING "NAILING PATTERN SCHEDULE"..
 ACCORDING TO SEC. R803.2.3.1 THE MIN. TYPE OF NAIL TO
 BE USED IS 8D RING SHANK NAILS. THIS INCLUDE ROOF ZONES
 2 AND 3. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE "ROOF COMPONENTS AND CLADDING PRESSURES".
 THEY DON'T CORRESPOND TO EXPOSURE "D". SEE TABLE
 R301.2(2) INCLUDING ALL THE FOOTNOTES.
 NOTE: REMEMBER THAT TABLE R301.2(2) IS FOR EXPOSURE
 "B". AND, THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR CORNER AND PERIMETER
 AREAS ARE HIGHER BECAUSE OF THE ROOF PITCH (3 1/2 SHOWN
 ON ELEVATIONS).
  
 7- PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS FOR THE ICYNENE TO BE
 USED AND THE 1" RIGID INSULATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS REQUIREMENTS AND SEC.
 R316.
  
 8- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLANS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R401.3. WATER CAN'T BE DIVERTED TO NEIGHBORS PROPERTY
 EITHER.
