 TO ELLIOT A. FRANKLIN ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2012. I
 PROPOSED SLIGHTLY CORRECTING THESE PRIMARY & SECONDARY
 ADDRESSES FROM 430 & 430 1/2 29TH ST TO 430 29TH ST #
 1-2 ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2012 (OR AN EARLIER DATE
 AT HIS CONVENIENCE).
  
 ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2012, MR. FRANKLIN CALLED ME BACK TO
 CONFIRM THAT HE RECEIVED MY NOTICE & THAT HE NOTIFIED
 HIS TENANT IN THE BACK THAT THE ADDRESSES WILL BE
 SLIGHTLY REVISED. HE ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH HIS E-MAIL
 ADDRESS ([email protected]) & INFORMED ME THAT THIS
 STRUCTURE WAS NOT A DUPLEX, BUT THAT THE OTHER UNIT WAS
 ACTUALLY A REAR COTTAGE. THE ADDRESSING CHANGES WILL GO
 INTO EFFECT AS SCHEDULED ON 10/11/12.
