 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(F) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), FREESTANDING
 SIGNS SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 2. THE FOOTPRINT OF THE SIGN AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 FOUNDATION/CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS; THERE IS OVER 1 FOOT
 OF DISCREPANCY. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THERE WERE 2 COPIES OF A PROPOSAL
 FROM KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES FOR ENGINEERING
 SERVICES RELATED TO THE PRIMATE EXHIBIT. IS ADDITIONAL
 WORK BEING PROPOSED THAT IS NOT LISTED ON THE SCOPE OF
 THE APPLICATION?
  
 4. IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF STAFF THAT
 AS THE PROPERTY IS BEING LEASED FROM THE CITY, AND
 CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF
 THE SIGN, WILL REQUIRE AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING
 LEASE AGREEMENT. SUCH AMENDMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. PLEASE
 CONTACT ME FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO COORDINATE THIS
 PROCESS THROUGH THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.
