| | A. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-144(2) OF THE ZLDRS, THE |
| | SETBACK IS A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY |
| | LINE. |

| | B. ON THE SITE PLAN, IN ADDITION TO SHOWING THE |
| | EXISTING OUTLINE OF THE BUILDING, PLEASE INDICATE THE |
| | OUTLINE OF ALL IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING DECORATIVE |
| | COLUMNS, BANDING, BALCONIES, ETC. PURSUANT TO SECTION |
| | 94-305(B)(2) OF THE ZLDRS, STRUCTURAL INTRUSIONS SHALL |
