 1) THIS STRUCTURE IS LOCATED WITHIN 600 FEET OF THE
 INTER-COASTAL WATERWAY. ACCORDING TO FBCR 301.2.1.4.3,
 THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY FOR THIS PROJECT IS 'D'. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 2) PLEASE REVISE THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES
 LISTED ON SHEETS A-1 AND A-3 TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
 EXPOSURE CATEGORY D. FBCR301.2.1
  
 3) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD
 AREA (SFHA), SPECIFICALLY AN A5 FLOOD ZONE. THE MINIMUM
 FINISH FLOOR HEIGHT REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF WPB FLOOD
 ORDINANCE IS 7.5' ABOVE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE).
 THIS INCLUDES THE 6" FREEBOARD THAT HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY
 THE CITY. PLEASE SPECIFY THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION ON
 THE PLANS AND SUBMIT AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE
 PROPOSED ENCLOSED FOYER ADDITION. WPB CITY ORDINANCES
 CHAPTER 94 ARTICLE XVII SEC. 94-541 THROUGH 94-547.
  
 4) THE SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED INDICATES THAT THE
 STRUCTURE APPEARS TO LIE IN FLOOD ZONE "B" . HOWEVER,
 THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE "A5". PLEASE
 SUBMIT CORRECTED SURVEY. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO COPIES FOR PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW
 DOOR, ROOF SHINGLES AND SIMPSON CONNECTORS AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR
 THE PROJECT PER CITY AMENDMENTS 107.3.4.1.
  
 7) FBC R 403.1.4 REQUIRES ALL EXTERIOR FOOTINGS TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW GRADE. SECTION 1 ON SHEET A-3

 8) SECTION 2 ON A-3 SHOWS THE 8" X 16" FOOTING WITH 2
 #5S, HOWEVER, IT IS MISLABELED AS THE 8" X 8" FOOTING
