 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. WAS THE DRIVEWAY
 ALREADY DONE?
  
 2. SEC. 94-482. - PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR LESS THAN
 THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS.
  
 (A) LOCATION AND SURFACE. REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES FOR LESS THAN THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS
 ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER,
 SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 NOTWITHSTANDING THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH, LOCATIONS
 WHERE OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES, DRIVEWAYS, PATIOS
 AND/OR WALKWAYS IN THE FRONT YARD EXCLUSIVELY CONSIST
 OF A PERMEABLE PAVER SYSTEM, 60 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES).
  
 THE FRONT YARD CALCULATIONS ARE THE FIRST 25 FEET OF
 LOT DEPTH FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY X THE WIDTH OF THE
 PROPERTY (SURVEY SHOWS 65.27 FEET) X 75% = 1,223.81
 SQ.FT. THEREFORE, YOUR MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA IS 1,000
 SQ. FT. SHOW DATA ON PLAN.
  
 3. CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(D)(5),
  
 SETBACK FROM PROPERTY LINES; REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT.
  
 (1) NEW OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AND DRIVEWAYS WITHIN
 A FRONT YARD OR A CORNER SIDE YARD SHALL BE SET BACK A
 MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT AND/OR CORNER SIDE
 PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR
 PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY
 ADJOINING THE APRON.
  
 (2) EXPANSIONS TO EXISTING OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES
 AND DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD OR A CORNER SIDE YARD
 SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT
 AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM A
 SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF
 THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON.
  
 (3) EXISTING OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AND DRIVEWAYS
 WHICH ARE NOT SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A
 FRONT OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM
 A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE MAY BE REPAIRED AS PART OF
 NORMAL MAINTENANCE.
  
 (4) EXISTING OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AND DRIVEWAYS
 WHICH ARE NOT SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A
 FRONT AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET
 FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE MAY BE REPLACED IN
 THE EXACT LOCATION OR WITH A GREATER SETBACK THAN
 CURRENTLY EXISTS.
  
 (5) FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS THE INTERIOR ARC MAY BE AN
 IRREGULAR SHAPE, BUT SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF
 FIVE FEET, AS DEPICTED IN FIGURE XV-1. THE INTERIOR ARC
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 THE PROPOSED CIRCULAR DRIVE CONFIGURATION DOES NOT MEET
 REGULATIONS. THE MAXIMUM DRIVE WIDTH IS 10 FEET ON EACH
 INGRESS/EGRESS AREA ON EACH SIDE AND THE SIDE SETBACK
 IS 3 FEET. REFER TO FIGURE XV-1.
  
 4. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF NEW ADDITION ON SURVEY. THE
 DIMENSION ON SHEET S.P ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHOW
 113.3 INCHES VS. SURVEY 112.37 FEET AND NO DIMENSION IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
 REVISE PLANS/SURVEY TO MATCH.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
 INCLUDE INFORMATION SUCH AS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT
 IN THE LANDSCAPE TABULATION, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-442(2)A: AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE
 SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN
 SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
