 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE AND THE
 VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK IS MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF
 THE APPRAISED VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE ( PBC PROPERTY
 APPRAISER ). THE CITY'S FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE REQUIRES
 THE STRUCTURE TO HAVE A MINIMUM FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION
 OF 7.5 FEET B.F.E. SECTION 94-546 OF THE CITY OF WPB
 MUNICIPAL CODE. SPECIFY THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION ON
 THE PLANS AND PROVIDE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
  
 2) THE SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED INDICATES THE PROPERTY
 LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE B. HOWEVER, THE A5 FLOOD ZONE
 ALSO EXTENDS THROUGH THE PROPERTY. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 SURVEY. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND FBC R322.1.
  
 3) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE ON
 THE FORMS (1100A-08) THAT ARE USED WITH THE 2007 FBC.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS ON FORM 405,
 WHICH IS THE FORM USED WITH THE 2010 FBC. 2010 FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION 401.2.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SEER FOR THE COOLING EQUIPMENT ON THE
 MANUAL J CALCULATIONS. THE SEER ON THE CALCULATIONS IS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH THE ONES ON THE MECHANICAL PLANS. FBC
 2010 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION 503.2.3
  
 5) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ARCH WINDOWS SERIES
 2500 ALUMINUM SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED.
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 AMARR GARAGE DOOR ( FL 5302.5 ) IS FOR THE 2007 FBC AND
 ASCE 7-98. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF GARAGE DOOR PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE 2010 FBC AND ASCE 7-10. DCA RULE 9N-3
  
 7) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT PLAN THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED ARE DESIGNED USING ASCE 7-05 WITH 140 MPH
 WIND SPEED. THE PROJECT IS UNDER THE 2010 FBC WHICH
 REFERENCES ASCE 7-10 AND THE WIND SPEED IS 170 MPH,
 EXPOSURE C FOR THIS PROJECT. PLEASE REVISE. THE TRUSS
 DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES CAN BE
 GIVEN TO THE FIELD INSPECTOR TO BRING IN AT THE TIME OF
 THE ROOF FRAMING INSPECTION RATHER THAN BEING SUBMITTED
 AT PLAN REVIEW FOR PERMIT. THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER AND REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT.
