 101.4.4 AND SEC. 103.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 2- EGRESS WINDOW W2 SPECIFIED ON PLANS DON'T COMPLY
 WITH THE MINIMUM OPENING SIZE REQUIRED BY SEC. R310 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED. ALSO, CLARIFY
 IF ORDERING CUSTOM SIZE WINDOW. PGT SIZE CHART DOESN'T
 INCLUDE THIS SIZE OF WINDOW. SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 107.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC AND RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) CASEMENT WINDOW AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. ONLY ONE NOA WAS SUBMITTED. NEED
 TWO COPIES.
 D) STORM SHUTTERS IF GLASS IN DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T
 HAVE HURRICANE IMPACT GLASS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SHOWING CONNECTION TYPE, ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING.
 E) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 PROVIDE ONLY THE COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC.

 5- ARCHITECT TO REVISE/CLARIFY SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON
 PLANS. SEC.107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC:
 A) THIS IS NOT ALTERATION LEVEL 1. THIS IS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY FROM GARAGE TO LIVING AREA. SEC.
 406-FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 B) ARCHITECT SPECIFIES ALUMINUM IMPACT GLASS PER FBC
 1026.2. THIS SECTION IS NOT RELATED TO IMPACT GLASS.
 CITE CORRECT SECTION. SEE 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE
 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 C) ARCHITECT SPECIFIES 5.0 SF MIN. OPENING FOR EGRESS
 WINDOW @ GRADE PER SEC. 1026.2.1. THIS SECTION IS NOT
 RELATED TO WINDOW EGRESS. SEE 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING
 BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE
 DUE. THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
  
 ***NOTE:
 SUBMIT SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR A/C WORK,
 ELECTRICAL WORK. ONLY PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE
 BUILDING AND PLUMBING WORK WERE SUBMITTED.
