| | RIGHT-OF-WAY; THEREFORE, THE FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED FOUR |
| | (4) FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN THIS SETBACK. THE FENCE IS |
| | DESCRIBED AS SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT ON THE PERMIT |
| | APPLICATION, YET NO DIMENSIONS ARE PROVIDED ON THE |
| | FENCE DETAILS. |

| | 4) THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THAT THE "SPEAR |
| | POINTS" ARE BLUNT. |

| | PROPOSED, YET A COMPARISON OF THE PLANS AND THE GOGGLE |
| | STREET VIEW SHOW THE GATE ARM SUPPORTS BEING PLACED |
| | INTO EXISTING LANDSCAPE AREAS THAT CONTAIN |
| | HEDGES/GROUND COVER. |
