 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE MODIFICATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL GATES, FENCING
 AND TIRE SPIKES REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL
 OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE FROM THE CITY'S
 PLANNING DIVISION. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE A PORTION OF
 THE SITE IS ON LAND WITHIN THE BEAR LAKES COUNTY CLUB
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, TWO APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE
 YEAR OLD, SHOWING THE PROPERTY LINES, THE DRIVEWAYS,
 THE EXISTING WALLS, GATES AND RELATED FEATURES.
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL FEATURES. THE
 SURVEY ONLY NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE LIMITS OF WORK AND NOT
 THE ENTIRE DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3) THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ESTABLISHES THAT
 THERE IS A 20 FOOT FRONT SETBACK FROM THE SHENANDOAH
 RIGHT-OF-WAY; THEREFORE, THE FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED FOUR
 (4) FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN THIS SETBACK. THE FENCE IS
 DESCRIBED AS SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, YET NO DIMENSIONS ARE PROVIDED ON THE
 FENCE DETAILS.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THAT THE "SPEAR
 POINTS" ARE BLUNT.
  
 5) THE PLANS STATE THAT NO LANDSCAPE ALTERATIONS ARE
 PROPOSED, YET A COMPARISON OF THE PLANS AND THE GOGGLE
 STREET VIEW SHOW THE GATE ARM SUPPORTS BEING PLACED
 INTO EXISTING LANDSCAPE AREAS THAT CONTAIN
 HEDGES/GROUND COVER.
  
 6) THE PLANS INCLUDE THREE DIFFERENT PARCELS - THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND COMMON AREA PARCELS OWNED BY CLASSICS
 AT BEAR LAKES HOA INC. AND THE CANAL PARCEL OWNED BY
 BEAR LAKES COUNTRY CLUB INC. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE FILED FOR EACH PARCEL. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE BEAR LAKES COUNTRY CLUB INC. NEEDS TO
 PROVIDE PROOF THAT THEY WILL PERMIT THE FENCE TO BE
 BUILT ON THEIR PROPERTY.
