| | INVESTIGATE THE POSSIBILITY THAT THIS DOOR CAN SWING |

| | THE FLAMINGO DRIVE SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS ON THE |
| | PROPERTY LINE, SO THIS DOOR WOULD NEED TO EITHER HAVE A |
| | VESTIBULE, SWING OUT ENTIRELY OVER THE PROPERTY LINE |
| | AND FULL ENCROACHMENT INTO THE PUBLIC WAY, OR SWING IN. |
| | THE PROPOSED IRON GRILLS ARE SHOWN SWINGING OUT OVER |
| | THE PROPERTY LINE. |

| | IN THE 1929 BUILDING CODE, SECTION 46 INCLUDES SOME |
| | PROVISION FOR ENCROACHING THE PROPERTY LINE WITH DOORS |
| | WHICH ARE NORMALLY IN THE CLOSED POSITION, BUT ONLY IN |
| | FIRE DISTRICTS 3 AND 4, BUT NOT IN 1 AND 2. IT WOULD |
| | REQUIRE FURTHER INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE WHICH FIRE |
| | DISTRICT THIS PROPERTY WAS IN AT THAT TIME. |

| | AS DISCUSSED, THE PRIMARY ENTRANCE AND EXIT DOOR WILL |
| | BE THE REAR DOOR, AND THE AREA ADJACENT TO THIS DOOR |
| | WILL NOT BE USED FOR STORAGE AS THIS IS THE DOOR |
| | LEADING FROM THE PARKING AREA DIRECTLY TO THE BUILDING. |
