2012-09-10 15:46:28THIS PERMIT WAS FOR THE INTERIOR RENOVATION TO THE REAR
 STRUCTURE ON PCN# 74434315200020230. I BELIEVED THAT
 THERE WAS CONFUSION AS WHICH ADDRESS TO SPECIFICALLY
 REFERENCE FOR THIS REAR BUILDING (SUPPPOSE TO BE 430
 10TH ST, BUT THE SITE PLAN HAD 428 10TH ST). I
 CONTACTED THE PROPERTY OWNER, ABE HARUVI
 ([email protected]) TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESSING CHANGES
 THAT I IMPLEMENTED BACK IN 2010 AT CODE ENFORCEMENT'S
 REQUEST.
  
 MR. HARUVI CONFIRMED THAT THE ADDRESSES OF 428 & 430
 10TH ST FOR THESE TWO BUILDINS WERE SWAPPED ON
 10/22/2010, AS "PREVIOUSLY" 428 10TH ST USED TO
 REFERENCE THE BACK BUILDING, WHEREAS 430 10TH ST WAS
 ONCE THE FRONT BUILDING. CURRENTLY SINCE THESE CHANGES
 WERE IMPLEMENTED ON 10/22/2012, 428 10TH ST (PRIMARY
 ADDRESS) NOW REFERS TO THE FRONT BUILDING & 430 10TH ST
 (SECONDARY ADDRESS) PERTAINS TO THE REAR BUILDING.
 THEREFORE, I RE-REFERENCED THIS DIGITAL PERMIT RECORD
 IN COMMUNITYPLUS FROM 428 10TH ST TO THE CORRECT ONE OF
 430 10TH ST, AND I MADE THE REVISION TO THE ACTUAL
 HARDCOPY. I ALSO CALLED JOHN H. GRIFFIN II (AUTHOR OF
 THE SITE PLAN) TO ADVISE HIM OF THE CORRECT ADDRESS TO
 REFERENCE. THE ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS WERE RETURNED TO
 THE B20 BOX.
