 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION ON
 SURVEY AND PLANS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
  
 3. SHOW TOTAL HEIGHT DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING TO THE
 ROOF TOP.
  
 4. SHEET A4 SHOWS NEW SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY. ARE THERE
 EXISTING TREE TO BE IMPACTED? PROVIDE TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF FRONT PROPERTY AREA THAT MEETS THE FOLLOWING
 PERVIOUS VS. IMPERVIOUS REQUIREMENTS. THE AREA OF
 CALCULATIONS IS THE TOTAL WIDTH OF THE PROPERTY BY 25
 FEET DEEP (FRONT SETBACK AREA).
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).THE MAXIMUM WIDTH FOR A DRIVEWAY IS 20
 FEET IN WIDTH. THERE ARE NO DIMENSIONS ON THE EXISTING
 DRIVE OR PROPOSED DRIVEWAY. ALSO, CALCULATION FOR THE
 FRONT AREA NEED TO BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE FIRST 25
 FEET OF LOT DEPTH FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE
 MULTIPLIED BY THE TOTAL WIDTH OF THE PROPERTY (I.E. 25
 FEET XX FEET WIDTH = XX SQ. FT. X .75 =XX SQ. FT) IF
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE EXCEEDS 1,000 SQ. FT., THE APPLICANT
 WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE MINIMUM 1,000 SQ. FT
 LANDSCAPE AREA. SHOW CALCULATION OF LANDSCAPE AREA
 SQUARE FOOTAGE ON SURVEY AND PLANS.
