 ACCORDING TO SURVEY SUBMITTED THE FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION OF THIS HOUSE IS 7.35'. THE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE
 RAISED TO A MINIMUM FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION OF 7.5'.
 AND, IF THE GARAGE FINISHED FLOOR IS BELOW 7.5', THEN
 FLOOD VENTS ARE REQUIRED IN THE GARAGE. ARTICLE XVII OF
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH FLOOD PREVENTION AND CONTROL
 SECTIONS 94-541 THRU 94-547. REVISE PLANS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FINISH FLOOR
 ELEVATION. SURVEY, WILL BE REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION
 TO DEMONSTRATE ELEVATED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION.

 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7.
  
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS/DETAILS. PROVIDE THE COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING
 THE CONNECTOR ONLY. OR SPECIFY PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER
 ON PLANS. THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS ONLY.
  
 D) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED. AND, PROVIDE THE RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED. IF PRODUCT APPROVAL REQUIRES
