 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($35,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($39,014) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2)THE AERIAL OF THE SITE SHOWS A TREE IN THE REAR YARD
 THAT MAY BE IMPACTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 ADDITION. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF ANY TREES ARE TO BE
 REMOVED, THEN THE APPROVAL OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 IS REQUIRED. THE TREE ALTERATION APPLICATION IS MADE TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3) THE SIZE OF THE NEW A/C EQUIPMENT PAD AND ITS
 SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS. THE A/C AND PAD MAY NOT ENCROACH
 MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED WEST SETBACK.
