| | INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES |
| | NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING |
| | APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND |
| | IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL |
| | TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY. |

| | 2)THE AERIAL OF THE SITE SHOWS A TREE IN THE REAR YARD |
| | THAT MAY BE IMPACTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE |
| | ADDITION. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF ANY TREES ARE TO BE |
| | REMOVED, THEN THE APPROVAL OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT |
| | IS REQUIRED. THE TREE ALTERATION APPLICATION IS MADE TO |
| | THE PLANNING DIVISION. |
