 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. PLEASE RELOCATE.
 2. DUMPSTER IS NOT MEETING THE MEETING DIMENSION

 OF A DEAD-END AISLE SHALL BE STRIPED AS A DEDICATED
 PULL-IN AREA FOR TURNING AROUND.
 5. BICYCLE PARKING CANNOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 6. NEW LOADING DOCK IS LOCATED ALONG FERN STREET.
 PUBLIC-RIGHT-OF WAY SHALL NOT BE UTILIZED FOR
 MANEUVERING ASSOCIATED WITH BUILDING LOADING ACCESS.
 SECTION 94-111(M)(1) AND (M)2).
 7. PROPOSED STREETSCAPE SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH
 PROPOSED FERN STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND DISCUSSED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT BEFORE APPROVAL CAN BE
 GRANTED FOR THIS COMPONENT.
 8. NEW WALL ALONG FERN STREET SHALL NOT BE TALLER THAN
 4 FEET.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. THE
 PROPERTY APPRAISAL OFFICE INDICATES TWO DIFFERENT
 PROPERTIES WITHIN THE PROJECT SITE. THEY HAVE THE SAME
 ADDRESS BUT DIFFERENT PCN NUMBERS. PLEASE INDICATE IF
 THE INTENTION IS TO MAINTAIN THE TWO EXISTING BUILDINGS
 SEPARATED OR IF A UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED.
 10. PROVIDED OPEN SPACE SHALL COMPLY WITH OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED IN TABLE IV-7 AS SEMI-PUBLIC OPEN
 SPACE FOR THE MINIMUM VEGETATED AREA AND TREE CANOPY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A TABLE WITH CALCULATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE.
