 2010 FBC, 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 1- INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR PLAN
 REVIEW. IS MISSING ALL THE STRUCTURAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF THE STRUCTURE MEETS THE DESIGN
 LOADS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301. ACCORDING TO THE
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED, THE STRUCTURE IS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED ON PILINGS AND THE STRUCTURE IS NOT
 COMPLETELY ENCLOSED. PROVIDE COMPLETE ENGINEER PLANS
 SHOWING A COMPLETE LOAD PATH THAT MEETS ALL THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF ALL THE LOADS FROM
 THEIR POINT OF ORIGIN THROUGH THE LOAD-RESISTING
 ELEMENTS TO THE FOUNDATION. SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF
 ALL FRAMING MEMBERS. PLANS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT AS REQUIRED SEC.
 107.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 2- PROVIDE 2 COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS SHOWING ALL THE
 INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF THE 2010 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE:
 A) ALL LIVE LOADS.
 C) ALL DEAD LOADS.
 D) ALL WIND LOADS.
 E) ALL ROOF LOADS.
 F) ALL COMPONENTS AND CLADDING WIND PRESSURES.
 G) BUILDING EXPOSURE AND WIND LOADS (ULTIMATE WIND LOAD
 AND NOMINAL WIND LOAD).
 H) MAKE REFERENCE TO THE 2010 FBC, WHICH IS THE CURRENT
 CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE FLOOR PLAN WITH COMPLETE
 DIMENSIONS. PROVIDE COMPLETE FLOOR FRAMING AND ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN SPECIFYING ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AND
 SPECIFYING ALL UPLIFT LOADS. PROVIDE DOOR FRAMING
 DETAILS. PROVIDE WALL SECTION FROM FOUNDATION THROUGH
 ROOF AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.5.3(5)
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) 5V CRIMP AND FIBERGLASS ROOF AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 C) ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND
 DETAILS.
  
 5- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE
 IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 6- CLARIFY/SPECIFY HEIGHT OF FLOOR TO THE FINISH GRADE
 AT WORKOUT AREA TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH GUARDS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R312.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE PROTECTION OF WOOD AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R317.
  
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE PROTECTION AGAINST TERMITES AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R318.
  
 9- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS VERY
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION TO INCLUDE
 ALL THE LABOR, MATERIALS, LAND PREPARATION,
 PROFESSIONAL DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT, ETC.
 REVISE VALUATION AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ROOFING AND
 ELECTRICAL WORK. OWNER/BUILDER MAY SIGN OFF ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THESE PERMITS OR SEPARATE
 LICENSED CONTRACTORS MAY APPLY FOR THEIR SUB-PERMITS.
