 DRAWINGS WERE SUBMITTED, BUT THERE IS NOT COVER PAGE
 SHOWING IF IT WAS APPROVED OR NOT.
  
 B) JELD-WEN CUSTOM COLLECTION ALUMINUM CLAD INSASH
 CASEMENT WINDOW. SEE COMMENT 1(A) ABOVE.
  
 C) MULLIONS NOA 10-1115.03: CLEARLY SPECIFY MULLION
 SIZE AND NUMBER OF MULLIONS. SINGLE MULLIONS CAN'T BE
 USED FOR DOOR INSTALLATION BECAUSE THE MAXIMUM MULLION
 SPAN FOR SINGLE MULLION IS 72". SEE DESIGN SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET 6 OF NOA SUBMITTED.
  
 3- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE. SEC. 106.3.3 OF CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS SUBMITTED. ONE IS
 COMING FROM REG ARCHITECTS AND THE OTHER ONE IS AN
 SKETCH. THEY DON'T MATCH. CLARIFY WHICH IS THE CORRECT
 ONE.
  
 5- FOR YOUR INFORMATION ONLY: REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS
 AND DOORS REQUIRE BUCK INSPECTION. MAKE SURE
 INSPECTIONS ARE PROPERLY SCHEDULED TO AVOID ANY DELAYS
 OR CONFLICTS WITH THE INSTALLATION.
