| | CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE |
| | AWNING SHALL BE NO CLOSER THAN 5 FEET TO THE PROPERTY |

| | ABOVE, AND THE PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT CONFLICT WITH |
| | THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING. |

| | BETWEEN THE WHEEL STOP AND THE EDGE OF THE CONCRETE. |
| | THIS AREA IS PROVIDED AS A VEHICLE OVERHANG AND NO |
| | OBSTRUCTION CAN BE PLACED IN THIS AREA. THE ONLY OPTION |
