 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(C) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), PALMS TREES
 MAY NOT BE SUBSTITUTED FOR MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE
 REQUIRED SHADE/FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPOSED OAK TREES SHALL BE
 LOCATED ON THE PRIVATE PROPERTY. AS SHOWN IT APPEARS
 THAT THEY ARE ON THE PROPERTY LINE AND PARTIALLY WITHIN
 THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. PLEASE LOCATED SUCH THAT THE
 TREE IS ENTIRELY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NOT A SEPARATE FLOWERING
 TREE REQUIREMENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES. THIS TREE MAY
 BE UTILIZED TOWARD THE OVERALL TREE REQUIREMENT OF 1
 PER 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-302(B)(1) OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 ANY SETBACK. AS INDICATED ON THE PLANS, THE EXISTING
 SEAGRAPE HEDGE IS SHOWN ON 14 FEET IN HEIGHT. SUCH
 HEDGE SHALL BE TRIMMED IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE
 ABOVE-REFERENCED PROVISION.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS
 WILL BE FULLY IRRIGATED AND SHALL HAVE 120 PERCENT
 COVERAGE. A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL
 NEW IRRIGATION.
  
 6. THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN THE PRIVATE PROPERTY AND
 THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT SHALL BE IRRIGATED AND SODDED, IF
 NOT ALREADY DONE SO.
