 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) DISCREPANCY: THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE
 DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE BUILDING A FIRE WALL DIVIDING
 THE WAREHOUSE. THE TERM FIRE WALL IN SECTION 2010 FBC-B
 706.1. FOR THE PURPOSES OF DETERMINING HEIGHT AND AREA
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 503, FIRE WALLS DIVIDING
 BUILDINGS INTO SEPARATE BUILDINGS SHALL PROVIDE A
 4-HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING. THE EXTENT AND LOCATION
 OF SUCH FIRE WALLS SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE SEPARATION.
 WHERE A FIRE WALL ALSO SEPARATES OCCUPANCIES THAT ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SEPARATED BY A FIRE BARRIER WALL, THE
 MOST RESTRICTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF EACH SEPARATION SHALL
 APPLY.
  
 WHERE AS THE PLANS SHEET 1 INDICATES THE WALL TO BE A
 1-HOUR RATED PARTITION WHICH MAKES IT APPREAR TO BE A
 TENANT SEPERATION WALL. FOR TTHE PURPOSES OF THIS
 REVIEW IT WILL BE TAKEN AS A TENANT SEPERATION WALL.
 PLEASE NOTE IF IT IS TO BE A TENANT SEPERTION WALL THE
 CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO COME IN AND REDIFINE THE WALL
 TYPE NOT A FIRE WALL BUT A TENANT SEPERATION WALL.
  
 1B) ADDRESSING WILL NEED TO REVIEW PLANS TO BE ABLE TO
 PROVIDE A ADDRESS FOR BOTH UNITS, 106.1.1 * .
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITYY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK

 1C) ONCE ADDRESSING HAS PROVIDED A CORRECT ADDRESS FOR
 EACH UNIT THTTE CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR A
 PERMIT FOR EACH TENNANT SPACE AND THE MONIES (PERMIT
 FEES) BE SPLIT BETWEEN THE TWO UNITS ACCORDING TO THE
 AMOUNT OF WORK TO BE COMPLETETED ON EACH SIDE OF THE
 TENANT SEPERATION WALL. 106.1.2*.
  
 2A) SURVEY INDICATES BUILDING 100A & 100 B CONNECTED,
 IS THIS ONE BUILDING ? IF SO PLEASE PROVIDE THE MINIMUM
 BUILDING TYPE, IF FIRE SPRINKLERED OR NOT AND TTHE AREA
 OF PART 100 A & 100B. 2010 FBC-B 106.3.5.1* MINIMUM
 COMMERCIAL PLAN REVIEW (3).
  
 2B) IF THESE ARE TO BE CONSIDERED TWO SEPERATE
 BUILDINGS THEN REVIEW 2010 FBC-B TABLE 602 FIRE
 -RESISTANCE REQUIEMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON
 FIRE SEPERATION DISTANCE, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN
 ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS CUTTING
 THE ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS IN
 HALF FROM THE 5.7' TO 2.85' FROM A PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE INDICATE MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE AND WALL RATING
 FOR OCCUPANCY TYPE.
  
 2C) PLEASE REVIEW 2010 FBC-B TABLE 705.8 ALLOWABLE
 AREAS OF OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPERATION AND DEGREE
 OF OPENING PROTECTION. LESS THAN 3'-0" NOT PERMITTED.
  
 3A) SHEET A-2 INDICATES A HEADER AND DOOR JAMB DETAIL
 WITH THE A # 5 REBAR VERTICALLY AND 1 # 5 HORIZONTALLY
 OVER THE DOOR. THE PLANS ARE INSUFFICIENT IN DETAIL HOW
 THE STEEL REINFORCING IS TO BECOME PART OF THE (MWFRS)
 MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM, PLANS LACK CONNECTION
 OF STEEL RE-INFORCING WITH THTE FOOTER/ SLAB OR THE
 BEAM ABOVE. FBC-B 2107.3/ ACI 530.
  
 3B) SHEET A-2 NEW DOOR OPENING DETAIL FOR TOP OF DOOR
 INDICATES THTE USE OF ONE # 5 REBAR, WITH A CONCRETE
 POURED HEADER, REINFORCING STEEL PLACED IN THE CENTER
 OF A CONCRETE BEAM DOES NO GOOD IT IS IN NEITHER
 COMPRESSION OR TENSION. ACI 530 7.5.3.1 SHEAR
 REINFORCEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED PARALLEL TO THE
 DIRECTION OF APPLIED SHEAR FORCE. SPACING OF SHEAR
 REINFORCEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED TTHE LESSER OF D/2 OR 48
 INCHES. EITHER PROVIDE A TRUE BEAM OR PROVIDE A LINTEL
 WHICH WILL CARRY THE APPROPRIATE LOADS. IF LINTEL IS
 CONSIDERED PROVIDE LOADING CHARTS.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO
 DOOR LANDING SECTION, IT IS NOT CLEAR TO WHICH SIDE IS
 THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR. PLANS DO NOT INDICATE WHERE
 THE THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE WOULD BE LOCATED? 2010
 FBC-B 11-303.1-4. CHANGE IN GRADE.
  
 5) PLANS ARE MISSING PRESSURES FOR THE NEW OPENINGS

 IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNS OR STENCILING IN A MANNER
 ACCEPTABLE TO THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION. SUCH
 IDENTIFICATION SHALL BE ABOVE ANY DECORATIVE CEILING
