 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, A MINOR
 AMENDMENT TO THE PALM BEACH ICE WORKS DEVELOPMENT OF
 SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (DSI) SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING & ZONING
 DIVISION. ALL COMMENTS REGARDING THE EXTERIOR
 IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE MADE DURING REVIEW OF THE
 AMENDMENT; HOWEVER, SOME PRELIMINARY COMMENTS INCLUDE:
  
 A. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ALL MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW. SCREENING SHALL
 CONSIST OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE
 MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL.
 SHRUBS/HEDGES SHALL ALSO BE PLANTED AT 2 FOOT
 INTERVALS.
  
 B. IT APPEARS THAT THE PROPOSED ACCESSIBLE RAMP ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING ENCROACHES INTO THE PARKING
 AREA, SPECIFICALLY THAT AREA WHERE CARS MANEUVER TO
 EXIT THE NEARBY PARKING SPACE. ADJUSTMENTS TO THE
 PARKING AREA MAY NEED TO BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE
 RAMP. ADDITIONALLY, WILL A ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE BE
 REQUIRED NEAR THE NEW ENTRANCE? PLEASE VERIFY.
