 CHECKLIST.
 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- SOIL IN THIS AREA IS QUESTIONABLE. PROVIDE SOIL TEST
 REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT COMMENT. OWNER SAID HE WILL
 HAVE THE TEST DONE ON JANUARY).
  
 2- ENGINEER REMOVED NOTE REGARDING THE SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY USED FOR THE DESIGN. ENGINEER TO SPECIFY SOIL
 BEARING CAPACITY FOR WHICH STRUCTURE WAS DESIGNED FOR.
 ENGINEER TO READ SOIL TEST REPORT TO VERIFY IF PROPOSED
 FOOTING DESIGN IS ADEQUATE BASED ON THE TYPE AND
 BEARING CAPACITY OF THE SOIL. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 3- REVISE INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR ACCORDION SHUTTERS
 INSTALLATION. ON SHEET 7 OF 7 OWNER SPECIFIED USING
 1/4" TAPCONS AT 6"O.C. WITH CONNECTION TYPE C1. CLEARLY
 SPECIFY SHUTTERS MOUNTING TYPE. WALL TRACK MOUNTING ON
 SHEET 4 OF 7 SPECIFIES CONNECTION TYPE C3. AND, THIS
 CONNECTION TYPE IS NOT ALLOWED. SPECIFY WHICH MOUNTING
 CONDITION USING CONNECTION TYPE C1 IS GOING TO BE USED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
