 1- SOIL IN THIS AREA IS QUESTIONABLE. PROVIDE SOIL TEST
 REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 2- ENGINEER REMOVED NOTE REGARDING THE SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY USED FOR THE DESIGN. ENGINEER TO SPECIFY SOIL
 BEARING CAPACITY FOR WHICH STRUCTURE WAS DESIGNED.
 ENGINEER TO READ SOIL TEST REPORT TO VERIFY IF PROPOSED
 FOOTING DESIGN IS ADEQUATE BASED ON THE TYPE AND
 BEARING CAPACITY OF THE SOIL. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ACCORDION SHUTTERS. NOA 07-0828.12 SUBMITTED EXPIRED
 ON 10/29/12. NEED CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) THERE ARE DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED FOR
 THE EXTERIOR DOORS. CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS GOING TO BE
 USED. CHECK THE DESIGN PRESSURES WITH DESIGN PRESSURES
 SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION FOR THE INSTALLATION
 OF ACCORDION SHUTTERS SUBMITTED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- PROVIDE DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS FOR DOOR STRUCTURAL
 BUCK SIZE AS REQUIRED BY THE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED. SPECIFY ALL FASTENERS (SIZE AND SPACING).
 STRUCTURAL BUCK TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R612.10.2.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT COMMENT. BUCK SIZE SPECIFIED
 DON'T COMPLY WITH PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED. AND,
 FASTENER SPACING WAS NOT SPECIFIED.
  
 7- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.

 RETURNED. MISSING THE A/C, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
