 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, PLEASE BRING THEM TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES
 ARE DUE. THEN, BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 401 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- ENGINEER NEEDS TO UPDATE ALL THE PLANS. CURRENT CODE
 IN EFFECT IS THE 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE AND THE
 2010 FBC. REVISE ALL THE DESIGN INFORMATION
 ACCORDINGLY. UPDATE IN ALL PLANS ALL THE INFORMATION
 THAT REFERENCES THE 2007 FBC AND THE ASCE 7-05 AND
 REFERENCE CORRECT CURRENT SECTION.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NOA
 09-0316.10 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE.
 PLEASE VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) ROOF SHINGLES. PROVIDE 2 COPIES. ONLY ONE WAS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 C) EXTERIOR DOOR. PROVIDE 2 COPIES. ONLY ONE WAS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 D) HURRICANE SHUTTERS FOR SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SINCE
 WINDOWS HAVE NO IMPACT GLASS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SHOWING SPECIFIC MOUNTING
 CONDITIONS AND ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED.
  
 E) ALL USP STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED BY THE
 ENGINEER ON PLANS AND DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTOR ONLY. THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS
 ONLY.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- ENGINEER SPECIFIED ON WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-1 AND
 ON SHEET A-3 THAT THE SOIL WAS OBSERVED TO BE SAND AND
 ROCK. THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF SOIL ON THIS AREA.
 PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4 AND
 ENGINEER TO REVISE SPECS AS REQUIRED BASED ON THE SOIL
 TEST REPORT FINDINGS.
  
 7- WALL SECTIONS SPECIFY ROOF PITCH OF 3/12. ENGINEER
 NEEDS TO SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF UNDERLAYMENT AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R905.2.2.
  
 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. SEC. 109.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC. VALUATION WAS UPDATED. OWES $1432.91.
  
 9- WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-3 SHOWS THAT EXISTING
 TRUSSES ARE TO BE CUT TO RECEIVE NEW WALL. ENGINEER TO
 PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE EXISTING TRUSSES
 ARE TO BE REINFORCED SO THE STRUCTURAL STABILITY IS NOT
 AFFECTED. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10- PROVIDE DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS FOR DOORS AND
 WINDOWS BUCKS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R612.10.2.1.
  
 11-WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-1:
 A) FOOTING NEEDS TO BE MIN. 12" BELOW GRADE. SEC.
 R403.1.4. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) SPECIFY ROOF EDGE WIDTH. 4'-0" WIDE MIN. AS REQUIRED
 BY FIGURE R301.2(7).
  
 12- DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-1 IS MISSING DOOR #3 FOR
 NEW BEDROOM. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 13- SHEET A-2:
 A) FOUNDATION PLAN IS MISSING THE SPECIFICATION FOR THE
 WATER VAPOR BARRIER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R506.2.3.
  
 B) ROOFING LOADS. SPECIFY ALL THE LIVE, DEAD AND WIND
 LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1, TABLE R301.2(2) AND
 TABLE R301.5. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL ROOF ZONES AND
 WALL ZONES.
  
 C) UPDATE THE WIND CODE EDITION AND THE SECTIONS
 REFERENCED ON ON THE FOOTING AND TIE BEAM DETAIL.
