 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE PARKING LOT REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE
 CONSIDER USING THE D CURB INSTEAD OF THE WHEEL STOPS
 AND ALLOWING A TWO (2) FOOT OVERHANG TO PROVIDE SOME
 MORE GREEN AREA ON THE SITE.
  
 2) THE LANDSCAPE REQUIRES A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 3) THE SITE NO LONGER SHOWS A DUMPSTER ON-SITE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE WRITTEN VERIFICATION FROM THE SANITATION
 DEPARTMENT THAT NO DUMPSTER IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE LIGHTING WILL INCLUDE
 SHIELDING TO PREVENT GLARE INTO THE 25TH STREET
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE PROVISION OF A/C
 EQUIPMENT, YET THE MECHANICAL PLANS SHOW GROUND MOUNTED
 CONDENSING UNITS. THE NMUD REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT BE SCREENED FROM VIEW BY
 LANDSCAPING OR BUILT ELEMENTS DESIGN AS AN INTEGRAL
 PART OF THE BUILDING ARCHITECTURE. THIS NEEDS TO BE
 REFLECTED ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) VERIFICATION BY DETAILS ON THE PLANS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED THAT THE GLAZING ALONG 24TH STREET AND SPRUCE
 AVENUE CONFORMS TO EITHER THE CURRENT NMUD REGULATIONS
 OR THE APPROVED VARIANCE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW
 (SIMILAR COMMENT FOR EXPIRED PERMIT 09070711):
  
 A FORTY ONE (41) PERCENT VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF ARTICLE VII, SECTION 94-213(D)(5) TO CREATE A TOTAL
 CLEAR GLAZED AREA OF FIVE HUNDRED FORTY (540) SQUARE
 FEET [FORTY ONE (41) PERCENT] OF THE BUILDING'S FRONT
 FACADE. THERE WAS A MOTION FOR APPROVAL WITH A FINAL
 VOTE OF FOUR (4) MEMBERS SUPPORTING THE MOTION AND NO
 MEMBERS OPPOSING THE MOTION, WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION:
 A. TWO (2) ADDITIONAL WINDOWS, WITH EACH BEING BETWEEN
 TWO (2) AND EIGHT (8) FEET ABOVE THE GROUND AND TEN
 (10) FEET WIDE, SHALL BE PLACED IN THE OFFICE SPACE AT
 THE SOUTHEAST SECTION OF THE BUILDING.
