 PLEASE RESPOND IN WRITING.
  
 1) PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING - THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 LETTER CONTAINED THE CONDITION THAT PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT, THE APPLICANT SHALL
 PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
 PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH POLICE
 DEPARTMENT CPTED OFFICIAL.
 A. AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS, THE DEVELOPER/PROJECT MANAGER SHALL INSTITUTE
 SECURITY MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES
 FOR THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT
 BE LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUBCONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY, TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY, FENCING WITH SCREENING AND OR ANY OTHER
 MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE
 WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
 B. THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED UNIT
 DEVELOPMENT.
 C. PROPERTY SHALL BE POST "NO TRESPASSING" SIGNS EVERY
 500 FEET AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE.
  
 2) WHAT EXACTLY IS LIMIT OF WORK? MORE PLANS SITE
 RELATED PLANS WERE SUPPLIED THAN JUST MAINTENANCE
 BUILDING. WHAT PARKING WILL BE INSTALLED AS PART OF
 THIS BUILDING?
  
 3) STAFF REVIEWED THE ENTIRE PLAN SUBMITTAL AND NOTED
 THE FOLLOWING SITE PLAN CHANGES. A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT,
 WHICH CONTAINS ALL CHANGES, WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE C.O. OF THE FIRST BUILDING ON THE SITE.
 A. THE SIDEWALK ON NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF BUILDING
 HAVE BEEN REMOVED. WHY HAS THE SIDEWALK BEEN REMOVED AS
 THE DOORS STILL REMAIN IN THE SAME LOCATIONS?
 B. THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING ELEVATIONS HAVE CHANGED.
 C. THE VISITOR?S CENTER HAS A DIFFERENT CONFIGURATION.
 D. THE EASTERN ACCESS ROAD HAS A DIFFERENT
 CONFIGURATION.
 E. THE SETTLING BASIN ON WEST SIDE OF ASH MANAGEMENT
 BUILDING HAS DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS.
  
 4) THE EAST ELEVATION (FRONTING JOG) OF THE MAINTENANCE
 BUILDING WAS APPROVED WITH WINDOWS. THE TRANSLUCENT
 WALL PANELS ARE NOT WINDOWS. THE NEW ELEVATIONS HAVE
 REDUCED THE AESTHETICS OF THE EAST ELEVATION AND SHALL
 BE CORRECTED THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS.
  
 5) PROVIDE BIKE RACK DIMENSION ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6) THE FUEL STATION REQUIRES A SCREEN WALL AND
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 7) WHAT IS TIMELINE FOR THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTAL
 FOR PLANNING REVIEW? THE BUILDINGS WILL NOT GET C.O.S
 WITHOUT LANDSCAPE.
  
 8) SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR SITE LIGHTING,
 PARKING STRIPING, LANDSCAPE, SIGNAGE, AND FENCING.
  
 9) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL CONTAINED
 THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
  
 1. THE PHOTOVOLTAIC AREAS SHALL BE APPROVED DURING THE
 BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS. THE DESIGN SHALL NOT CREATE
 INTERFERENCE WITH PARKING SPACES OR TREES.
  
 2. SHEET 700-CS-002 "MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL DETAILS"
 CREATED BY CDM, SHALL BE CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE
 PERMIT SET SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION AND THE
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT:
 A. BICYCLE RACK. THE RACK NEEDS TO BE 3 FEET FROM FRONT
 OF THE PAD. THIS IS TO ALLOW MULTIPLE LOCK POINTS
 WITHOUT OVERHANGING THE FRONT OF THE PAD.
 B. PARKING SPACE DETAIL. THE TYPICAL PARKING SPACE
 DETAIL IS INCORRECT. THE REQUIRED 12 INCHES BETWEEN THE
 DOUBLE STRIPES IS NOT SHOWN. PLEASE REFER TO THE
 PARKING STALL DETAIL INCLUDED IN FIGURE XV-2 OF ARTICLE
 XV "PARKING" OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
 C. WHEEL STOP DETAIL. THE WHEEL STOP DETAIL IS
 INCORRECT. THE CITY STANDARD IS SINGLE SIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(5)B AND FIGURE XIV-2
 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 D. VEHICLE OVERHANG. THE TYPICAL PARKING SPACE DETAIL
 SHOWS THE OVERHANG OF TWO (2) FEET PLUS THE CURB WIDTH.
 FIGURE XIV-2 PROVIDES THAT THE ENTIRE OVERHANG BE TWO
 (2) FEET, INCLUDING THE CURB. THE MULCH AREA SHALL BE
 REDUCED AND THE PLANTING AREA INCREASED ACCORDINGLY TO
 MEET THIS STANDARD.
  
 10) THE WHEEL STOPS UNDER THE PHOTOVOLTAIC CARPORT
 SHALL BE VERIFIED AT 2 FEET FROM HEAD OF SPACE.
