 1) BUILDING PROVISO FOUND ON SHEET I-3 HAS BEEN
 IGNORED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHERE
 THE 20% ADDITIONAL FUNDS (26,717.00 WILL BE SPENT IN
 CREATING AN CODE COMPLIANT ACCESSIBLE SPACE BY FRAMING
 INSPECTION. THERE WERE TWO AREAS CIRCLED ON THE ISSUED
 SET OF PLANS WHERE THERE WERE CODE ACCESSIBLITY ISSUES
 WITH THE EXISTING LAYOUT. THERE WERE ADDITIONAL AREAS
 WHERE THERE WERE ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES, IT IS UP TO THE
 CONTRACTOR AND DESIGNER TO DECIDE WHERE THE 20%
 ADDITIONAL FUNDS ARE TO BE SPENT IN
 CREATING A CODE COMPLIANT SPACE. PLEASE NOTE WHEN
 EITHER THE 20% OF THE FUNDS WERE SPENT OR IF THE TENANT
 SPACE HAS BECOME CODE COMPLIANT FOR ACCESSIBLITY BEFORE
 REACHING THE TWENTY PERCENT THEN NO MORE FUNDS NEED TO
 BE SPENT.

 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO ALTERED AREAS SHALL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE
 TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE COST EXCEEDS 20
 PERCENT OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE PRIMARY
 FUNCTION AREA.
 DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 (1) WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE
 PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT
 IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS.
 (2)(A) IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO
 PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS
 THAT WILL PROVIDE
 THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
 (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE;
 (II) AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA:
 (III) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR
 A SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM:
 (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES;
 (V) ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND
 (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH
 AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND ALARMS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHERE THE 20%
 ADDITIONAL FUNDS WILL BE SPENT IN CREATING AN CODE
