 SQ FT AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 49. WHEN THERE IS A FRACTION
 ON AN OCCUPANT YOU ROUND UP NOT DOWN, MAKING THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 UNDER A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
  
 BOAF INFORMAL INTERPRETATION 5484 HAS A SIMILAR
 ARGUEMENT DECLARING A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY BUT THEY WERE
 CORRECT IN THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION BUT
 THEY ALSO USED THE CORRECT OCCUPANT LOADING FROM TABLE
 1004.1.1. IN YOUR CASE THE GYM (WITH EQUIPMENT) PORTION
 SHOULD BE TAKEN AT
 50 GROSS AND THE AEROBATICS AT 15 GROSS. THIS COUNT
 WILL WELL PUT THE GYM ABOVE THE 50 OCCUPANT LOAD TO
 DECLARE THIS AN A-3 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY.

 ALIGN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE
