 WITHOUT SPECTATOR SEATING, IT APPEARS THIS MAY BE A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY WHICH WOULD BE REVIEWED UNDER THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 901.3.1 SECTION 912 OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE WOULD APPLY.
