 1) REPEAT COMMENT - A LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR THE DRIVEWAY, POOL AND
 DECK.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT - THE LOWER ROOF OVERHANG ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING EXTENDS FOUR (4) FEET FROM THE
 EASTERN WALL. SHEET AS-1 ESTABLISHES THE EAST SIDE AS
 BEING THE TEN (10) FOOT SETBACK SIDE, WITH THE WEST
 SIDE AS BEING THE FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK SIDE. THIS
 SETBACK ASSIGNMENT RESULTS IN THE ROOF OVERHANG
 EXTENDING GREATER THAN THE PERMITTED THREE (3) FEET
 INTO THE SETBACK. IN ORDER TO KEEP THE FEATURE AS
 SHOWN, THE SETBACKS SHALL BE AMENDED ON SHEET AS-1 AS
 FOLLOWS: EASTERN SIDE SETBACK - EIGHT (8) FEET AND THE
 WESTERN SETBACK - SEVEN (7) FEET OR THE HOUSE WILL NEED
 TO BE SHIFTED ONE FOOT TO THE EAST AND BE 11 FEET OFF
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.
