 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, PLEASE BRING THEM TO THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY
 IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. THEN, BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- WINDOWS ON SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM #3 DON'T COMPLY WITH
 THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310. NEED OPENING WITH
 MIN. CLEAR HEIGHT OF 24" AND TOTAL CLEAR OPENING CAN'T
 BE LESS THAN 5.7 S.F. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 3- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 613.13

 FLOOD EELEVATION IS 7'. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION
 SHOWING THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION FOR THE
 MAIN HOUSE AND GARAGE. SEC. 94-546(B)(1) REQUIRES
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION TO BE AT LEAST 6" ABOVE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION. IF GARAGE FLOOR IS LESS THAN 7'-6"
 THEN, THE WALLS NEED TO BE FLOODPROOFED DESIGNED.

 TRUSS). ATTIC IN THIS HOUSE QUALIFIES FOR ATTIC WITH
 LIMITED STORAGE AS REQUIRED BY FOOTNOTES ON TABLE
 R301.5. IN ADDITION, AREA WHERE THE AIR HANDLER UNIT IS
 LOCATED NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED.
 ALSO, TOTAL BOTTOM CHORD LOAD NEEDS TO BE REVISED.
 ACTUAL NUMBER SHOWN IS INCORRECT. NOW IT NEEDS TO BE
 COORDINATED WITH REVISED LOADING.
  
 B) SPECIFY THE BALCONY LOADS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE
 R301.5.
  
 7- SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS ON SECOND

 SUBMITTED IS FOR 2004 CODE. NEED 2007 CODE. AND, NEED
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT ON SHEET A-2.
  
 C) COLONIAL SHUTTERS SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
 AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SPECIFY
 ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1.4.3.
  
 D) GARAGE OUTSIDE SWING DOOR.
  
 E) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 11- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 12- ENERGY CALCULATIONS: OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE
 BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 13- PROVIDE BALCONY GUARDRAIL COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN LOADS
 OF TABLE R301.5 AND SEC. R312.
  
 14- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/S SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BALCONY FLOOR ASSEMBLY. SHOW WATERPROOFING AND FINISH
 MATERIAL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND LOADS OF SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 15- SOIL TEST REPORT PAGE 5 OF 8 RECOMMENDS FOOTINGS TO
 BE EMBEDDED AT LEAST 18" BELOW LOWEST ADJACENT GRADE.
 SIZE OF FOOTINGS SPECIFIED ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN DON'T
 PROVIDE THIS MINIMUM EMBEDMENT. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO
 REVIEW SOIL TEST REPORT FINDINGS AND ACKNOWLEDGE IN
 DRAWINGS IF BASED ON THE SOIL TEST REVIEW THE FOOTINGS
 NEED TO BE REVISED OR NOT.
  
 16- DRAINAGE PLAN NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
